SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC

For orders shipped to destinations within the United States, eiwil standard delivery method is FedEx First Class mail, for which we charge a flat rate of $7. Since all garments are created individually per customer, orders will be shipped within 5 business days, pending verification of all purchases (i.e. credit card.)

For multiple style orders, priority shipping will be employed within domestic United States for a flat rate of $9. If you receive multiple packages at different times, it is only because we cut to your order(s) and one seamster/ess may have quicker fingers than the next! So please bear with us!

Eiwil offers overnight shipping (once we finish sewing your order!) at a flat $18.00 rate.

INTERNATIONAL

Just because you live across the pond doesn’t mean you can’t join the eiwil movement! International orders are shipped for $29.00, and should arrive in 5- 7 business days, contingent on our friends in customs who may love your selection and want to keep it for a few extra days.

On a serious note, sometimes purchases can get caught up in the process of international shipping, where they can occur additional fees or duties, etc. Customs doesn’t always understand the importance of fashion like we do, so while we understand the frustration, we can’t fix this or take responsibility for additional delays.

Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible domestic orders that are received within 14 days from the day the order was placed. All returns must be unwashed and unworn and include all original packaging with no signs of damage. Please note if garment smells of perfume, cigarettes, or intentionl garment freshener, we reserve the right to refute the return.

Original shipping charges are, unfortunately, non-refundable.

RETURN LOGISTICS

There will be an $7 deduction from your refund to cover the cost of return-processing. If you would like your refund in the form of store credit, please contact customerservice@eiwil.com and we will partner with you and return the $7 shipping & handling cost.

EXCHANGES

To make the cleanest exchange possible, it is best to simply return your shirt in original condition with tags and receipt and purchase the right size for you in a separate order. Of course you will not pay a separate handling fee in this case, so please email us at customerservice@eiwil.com so we can be on the lookout!

FINAL SALE

Eiwil cannot accept returns on international orders or those marked as ‘final sale’ on the website.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Oftentimes, promotional codes are used in tandem with items that can only be exchanged for store credit or are final sale. So please understand if eiwil cannot take a return for this item. Moreover, international orders are final sale and not eligible for return, regardless of any promotional codes.
